Over all, this may not be a fiction book, but I sooooo suggest it anyways!!!!! This is a great book to get if you are between the ages of 6 to…. If you are looking for a way to draw closer to God, (but struggle with praying for an hour with nothing to do) this is a great way to start learning how to pray! There is a prayer for each day, with a few Bible verses afterwards if you want to look anything up! It is very easy to read with only 2 pages a day! I HIGHLY suggest this to any kids and teens. (I would rather read a sci-fi book, then sit down and read a prayer journal… “Sorry God!”) But! Every now and then you will find a good journal that is interesting and good for kids and adults! I don’t know about you, but I have a hard time finding good prayer journals that interested me. I’m gonna say that up front so I don’t confuse anybody but it is an AMAZING prayer devotional that I want to read again and again! Will you join me on this journey to gratitude? I did this through writing in my journal each day and also sending a hand-written thank you note to someone different each day. Over the course of the 21 days, God began to change me as I spent intentional time being grateful for all I had been given. As I did, I sensed Him leading me to do a 21 day gratitude challenge. I prayed and asked God for wisdom on how to overcome these negative emotions. It was as if a dark cloud had descended over me.
